Day 1 Cochin Arrival – Munnar ( 127 kms - 4hrs)

Named Simply Munnar, but it isn't that simple
On arrival in Cochin by flight or train, you will meet our Tour Executive and be transferred to Munnar, "the beautiful and peaceful hill station covered with an unending expanse of tea plantations."
On arrival in Munnar, check in to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2 Munnar Sightseeing Tour

Get ready to explore Munnar to its heart.
After a hearty breakfast, take a sightseeing tour of Munnar. The natural beauty of Munnar is unrivaled. From the landscapes to the flora and fauna it houses, Munnar is home to some of the best visual treats nature has to offer.

Day 3 Munnar -Thekkady (91 kms - 2h 50 mins)

Get ready for a visit to Wildlife
A delicious breakfast in Munnar, followed by your journey to Thekkady/Periyar/Kumily - India's largest Wildlife Sanctuary and a dream destination for any tourist visiting Kerala.
The Periyar forests in the area are among the finest wildlife reserves in the country.
Upon arrival, check in for an overnight stay.

Day 4 Thekkady - Aleppy (140 kms - 3h 50mins)

Get ready for the perfect fun in the Backwaters.
Check-in at the Alleppey houseboat at 1:00 PM and start cruising through Punnamada Lake.
Enjoy a traditional Kerala-style lunch at 2:00 PM while passing through scenic villages, paddy fields, and coconut groves.
Have evening tea with snacks at 4:00 PM before the houseboat anchors at 5:30 PM, allowing for a village walk or canoeing.
Relish an authentic Kerala dinner at 8:00 PM, unwind under the starry sky, and stay overnight onboard.
Wake up to a serene sunrise at 6:30 AM, followed by tea or coffee and a delicious breakfast at 8:00 AM.
The houseboat will cruise back to the check-out point for departure at 9:00 AM.

Day 5 Aleppy - Cochin Departure (90 kms - 2h 40 mins)

Drop off at the airport or railway station for your journey back home.
Say a last-minute goodbye to God's Own Country, which has provided you with plenty of memories for a lifetime.

We had an unforgettable family vacation from Hyderabad to Wayanad and Coorg, all thanks to Ramesh from Graceland who meticulously planned everything—from itinerary and flight bookings to cab arrangeme (Read More)nts. Our stay at Sanihara Resort in Wayanad was made extra special with a surprise birthday celebration for my wife, beautifully arranged by Asif, the restaurant supervisor, who went above and beyond with decorations and cake. In Coorg, we stayed at Porcupine Castle Resort, where our daughters had a fantastic time enjoying the serene surroundings. Our cab driver Punit, though new to the area, was incredibly polite, patient, and ensured we covered the best spots with his excellent driving skills. Due to Bangalore traffic, we had a long 6-hour journey, but made the most of it by visiting Mysore Palace on the first day. Overall, it was a memorable and well-organized trip filled with joy, comfort, and beautiful moments.
