Day 1 Arrival Kathmandu | Pashupati Aarti

Welcome to Kathmandu, the cultural heart of Nepal. Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will meet and assist you with your transfer to the hotel.Complete the hotel check-in and take some time to freshen up and relax.In the evening, proceed to Pashupatinath Temple, one of Nepal’s most sacred Hindu temples. Experience the peaceful and spiritual atmosphere of the temple complex and attend the Pashupatinath Evening Aarti, a beautiful evening ritual held on the banks of the Bagmati River.After the Aarti, return to the hotel.

Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day exploration of Kathmandu’s major cultural and spiritual attractions.

1. Pashupatinath Temple : Visit the sacred Pashupatinath Temple complex, dedicated to Lord Shiva and located along the Bagmati River.

2. Swayambhunath Stupa : Continue to Swayambhunath Stupa, popularly known as the Monkey Temple. Situated on a hilltop, it offers panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley.

3. Kathmandu Durbar Square : Explore Kathmandu Durbar Square, a historic palace complex featuring traditional Newari architecture, temples and courtyards.

4. Boudhanath Stupa : Visit Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in Nepal and an important centre of Tibetan Buddhism.

5. Budhanilkantha : Proceed to Budhanilkantha Temple, famous for its large reclining statue of Lord Vishnu situated in a water-filled stone pool.

5. Thamel: End the sightseeing with a visit to Thamel, Kathmandu’s popular tourist and shopping district. Enjoy some free time for shopping, exploring local shops and experiencing the lively atmosphere.Return to the hotel.

Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel.Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some free time for leisure or last-minute shopping. Proceed to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure flight (At least 3 Hours Before your scheduled flight. Tour ends with beautiful memories of Kathmandu, Nepal.
