Booking Note: The mentioned hotels are subject to availability. Hotels will only be booked upon confirmation. If the specified hotels are unavailable, similar or the best available alternative will be arranged, with supplements or rebates as applicable.
The vehicle is provided as per the itinerary only and will not be available for additional use unless mentioned in the inclusions. Extra kilometers or hours will be chargeable directly to the transport vendor.
Sightseeing Note: Due to local union restrictions, private vehicles are not allowed for complete sightseeing coverage in Sonamarg, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam. Local transport must be booked separately or on-site.
Travel Note: Travelers using the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway should be aware of possible disruptions due to bad weather, traffic rules, or government orders, which may result in road closures or one-way traffic. It was an amazing trip and everything so well planned and oragnised that we just had to bother about packing my bags, rest everything was seamless.
I would like to thank Uzma and his team for such a wonderful experience throughout and enjoyed the family trip.
On very short notice she arranged cake and dinner for (Read More)our anniversary.
Just 1 more thing as you also know that travel industry has a very competitive environment these days and everyone is offering almost the same price. So price is no longer a differentiator for repeat customers. Superior customer service differentiates you in your business...

We started our kashmir tour from jammu tavi Railway station to Pahalgam, Srinagar, Sonamarg, Jozela pass Kargil , Baltal , Amarnath ji holy cave, back to Baltal, Sonamarg to Srinagar and Srinagar to (Read More)Gulmarg and return to Srinagar and finally drop at Jammu tavi railway station. All nicely planned and arranged. On cancellation of our Helicopter tickets to Panchtarni they provided accommodation to us in sonamarg on urgent basis and promised to take refund from arrow company and credit in my account. They being cheap and best , We recommend them to all those planning Kashmir tour.

Mia Kashmir is the worst travel booking agency. We booked our 8-night, 9-day package for Kashmir through booking agent Ms. Uzma. It was the worst experience. She never called, never asked about how th (Read More)e hotel, food, or our activities were going, or if the cab was coming or not. She only called for payment. The rooms were small, and the bathrooms were full of smell, and the glasses were also smelling. She booked the worst houseboat, in which a person couldn't stay. She spoiled our whole trip. I advise not to book from this agency.

we are sorry for inconvenience and unpleasant experience , very fortunate after too many good service you are post a wrong feedback we booked good hotels (Read More)for you and one day you were getting small room rest of the hotels were all good even though you give then good feedback ,we booked 3star houseboat for you.. you did'nt get any complaint in houseboat it was your choice to book hotel instead of houseboat .by posting a wrong feedback does'nt make us wrong we are well known for excellent service and reputation, you were giving lame excuses for payment after taking every service we provide good driver he guided you very well every day .

Uzma (Mia Kashmir point of contact for us) made it a lot easier with tailor made itinerary and was available to answer our queries since day trip planning started and till the day we reached home back. Our trip was nothing short of amazing, thanks to the excellent service and support we received. One of the best part of the trip was the cab driver come guide Zuez Bhai, he took care of us along the whole journey with his driving skills and guidance.
