- Booking Note: The mentioned hotels are subject to availability. Hotels will only be booked upon confirmation. If the specified hotels are unavailable, similar or the best available alternative will be arranged, with supplements or rebates as applicable.
- The vehicle is provided as per the itinerary only and will not be available for additional use unless mentioned in the inclusions. Extra kilometers or hours will be chargeable directly to the transport vendor.
- Sightseeing Note: Due to local union restrictions, private vehicles are not allowed for complete sightseeing coverage in Sonamarg, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam. Local transport must be booked separately or on-site.
- Travel Note: Travelers using the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway should be aware of possible disruptions due to bad weather, traffic rules, or government orders, which may result in road closures or one-way traffic. In such cases, accommodations will be adjusted accordingly, and the itinerary may be shuffled. We will make every effort to complete the tour as planned, but traveler cooperation is requested in unforeseen circumstances.
- Before 14 days: ₹2000 per person will be charged.
- Between 14-7 days: 50% of the total package cost will be retained.
- Within 7 days: Full retention of the total package cost.
- In case of political unrest or curfew, a full refund will be provided.
- Unrest will be considered only if there is no vehicular movement or if hotels are non-operational.
