Day 1 Arrive in Srinagar and City Local Sightseeing Tour
  • Arrive early in the morning at Srinagar, where you will be picked up by our representative at the airport and transferred to your hotel or houseboat.
  • Embark on a half-day tour to the famous Nishat Garden and Shalimar Garden.
  • Enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake in the evening.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel or houseboat.
  • Embark on a full-day excursion to Sonmarg, renowned for being the most beautiful drive from Srinagar.

  • No vehicle is allowed to pick up guests inside the railway station or airport in Jammu; therefore, our driver will coordinate with you for the same.
  • No vehicle is permitted to visit Aru, Chandanwari, and Beetab Valley in Pahalgam except for local taxis.
  • Our cab will remain with you throughout the entire tour.
  • Booking will be released if advance payment is not received on or before the cutoff dates provided.
  • At the time of booking confirmation, you must pay 25% of the total invoice amount to guarantee your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of arrival to continue further services; failing which, services may be discontinued.
  • For premium properties, you must make a 50% payment of the total invoice amount to hold your booking, with the remaining balance due 10 days before the date of arrival to reconfirm all services.
  • Any complaints regarding any hotel or its service will not be entertained after checkout from the said hotel or houseboat; therefore, you are requested to immediately contact your concerned representative for assistance.
  • The dates mentioned above are tentative; your booking will be processed according to your desired dates.
  • All passengers must report 2 hours prior to departure due to security checks at the airport.
  • No hand baggage will be allowed inside the aircraft due to security reasons; only jewelry and laptops will be permitted as cabin baggage.
  • The names of hotels mentioned in our offer indicate that our rates are based on the usage of these hotels; it should not be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until we convey confirmation of accommodation.
  • You are responsible for paying for the unions and chained vehicles yourself.
  • Your package becomes active only once you make an initial advance payment of 20% of the package cost.
  • We will issue you vouchers for the hotels and provide you with details about the driver and guide.
  • Cancellation before 30 days of departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be retained as cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation between 20 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the total tour cost will be retained.
  • Cancellation within 20 days of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be retained.
  • No-show on the day of departure: 100% of the tour cost will be forfeited.
  • Note: All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or official contact.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the cancellation charges as per the above policy.
  • Any changes in bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, political situations, or travel restrictions) will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with alternative options or rescheduling offered whenever possible.
