- Confirmation Policy
- Your tour booking will be confirmed once the company receives the initial advance payment.
- A confirmation email will be sent with booking details, itinerary, and hotel information.
- The remaining balance must be cleared before the departure date, in accordance with the payment terms outlined below.
- Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed according to the policies of our partner airlines, hotels, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
- INR 2,500 per person (non-refundable and deducted from the total amount).
- Refunds are initiated within 7-10 business days after verifying eligibility and deducting applicable charges.
- 30 days or more before the date of departure: 35% of the total cost
- 29 to 20 days before the date of departure: 75% of the total cost
- 19 days or less before the date of departure: 100% of the total cost (No refund)
