Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival Srinagar - Pahalgam

Upon arrival, proceed directly to Pahalgam. En route, visit the saffron fields of Pampore and the ancient Awantipura temple. Check into your hotel and spend the evening at leisure.

After breakfast, proceed for a city tour of Srinagar, visiting the famous Mughal Heritage gardens. In the evening, enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake.

After breakfast, proceed to Gulmarg, known for its ski slopes and golf course. Enjoy the scenic views and return to Srinagar for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, drive to Sonmarg, known as the 'Meadow of Gold'. Optionally, ride a horse to visit Thajiwas Glacier. Return to Srinagar for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, proceed to Doodhpathri, an alpine valley known for its beauty. Return to Srinagar for an overnight stay in a houseboat.

After breakfast, enjoy free time until your scheduled transfer to the airport/railway station for your onward journey.

We were particularly impressed with the cab service, and our driver was excellent, courteous, and professional. The comfortable transportation and smooth coordination made our travel experience even better. The only thing we missed was the Gondola Phase 2 ride. We were advised against taking the ride because of the age restriction of 60 years, although one of my friends was able to take it at the same time. This was a little disappointing, as we would have loved to experience it as well. Apart from this one concern, everything was excellent, and we genuinely enjoyed our holiday. Overall, we are very happy with the services provided by Travel Bucket Holidays and appreciate the efforts of Neha and the entire team in making our trip memorable.
