Day 1 Arrive in Japan
- Welcome to Japan.
- Upon arrival, welcome by the Tour Manager/local tour guide and transfer from the airport to the
- hotel for check-in. (Standard check-in time 1400-1500 hrs).
- Overnight in Tokyo. (D)
A packed dinner will be provided in case of late arrivals.
Day 2 Explore Tokyo - Tokyo Skytree Observatory
- After breakfast, we proceed to Tokyo, where we'll begin by visiting the Tokyo Skytree observation deck for stunning city
- views.
- Next, explore Asakusa Kannon, one of Tokyo's most vibrant and renowned temples, and stroll along Nakamise Dori Street, one of Japan’s oldest shopping streets.
- Later, visit Ueno Park, one of Japan's oldest public parks, which is highly recommended for cherry blossom viewing in the spring.

Day 3 Visit Team Labs - Photo stop at Statue of Liberty - Visit Hie Shrine - Visit Shibuya Crossing
- After breakfast, we head to Team Labs, an immersive museum renowned for its vibrant, futuristic digital art installations
- and excellent photo opportunities.
- Next, we take a photo stop at the “Statue of Liberty replica.”
- Visit Hie Shrine, a traditional Japanese Shinto shrine famous for its striking row of red torii gates.
- Later, visit Shibuya, where you'll experience the famous Shibuya Crossing, the busiest pedestrian crossing in Tokyo.

Day 4 Two-way Owakudani Ropeway - Visit Owakudani Valley - Lake Ashi Cruise – Visit Mt. Fuji 5th Station
- After breakfast, we will head to Owakudani and take the Owakudani Ropeway to explore the Owakudani Boiling Valley.
- Enjoy a scenic cruise on Lake Ashi, taking in the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Ashinoko.
- Visit the Mt. Fuji 5th Station, where you can see Japan's highest peak and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 5 Visit Toyota Automobile Museum – Photo stop at Nagoya Castle - Visit Nabana no Sato
- After breakfast, visit the Toyota Automobile Museum to explore the history and evolution of automotive innovation.
- Following this, enjoy a photo stop at Nagoya Castle, Japan's first castle also regarded as a National Treasure.
- In the evening, head to Nabana no Sato, a beautifully landscaped flower field known for its vibrant blooms and stunning LED
- light displays at night.

Day 6 Visit Nara Deer Park – Visit Todaiji Temple – Free Time at Shinsaibashi street
- After breakfast, visit Nara Deer Park, where you can interact with hundreds of freely roaming deer, often regarded as

- Explore Todaiji Temple, renowned for its Daibutsuden (Big Buddha Hall), once the world’s largest wooden building.
- Later, visit Shinsaibashi - one of Osaka and Japan's most famous shopping streets.

Day 7 Day Trip to Hiroshima – Bullet Train Experience (Osaka – Hiroshima – Osaka) – Visit Miyajima Island
- Today, we proceeded on a day trip to Hiroshima, which was a bullet train ride from Osaka.
- Upon arrival, head to the pier to catch a ferry to Miyajima Island, where you will visit the historic Itsukushima Shrine, renowned for its iconic “Floating Torii Gate.”
- Next, explore the Hiroshima Peace Park, Museum, and the Atomic Bomb Dome (Genbaku Dome), a UNESCO World Heritage site within the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park.
- After a poignant visit, return to Osaka via bullet train.

Day 8 Experience Japanese Tea Ceremony - Visit Daigo-ji Temple - Visit Kinkakuji Temple
- After breakfast, start your day with an immersive Japanese Tea Ceremony experience.
- Next, visit Daigo-ji Temple, a World Heritage site renowned for its beautiful cherry blossom views.
- Continue to Kinkaku-ji Temple, also known as the “Temple of the Golden Pavilion,” where you can admire the stunning pagoda designed to house sacred Buddha relics.
- Finally, take a serene walk through the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, where you will wander amidst an endless stretch of
- towering bamboo stalks.

Day 9 Departure
- Check out of the hotel and proceed to the airport for your flight back home.

- The tour will operate on SIC Basis if there are less than 15 passengers booked on tour.

All services, such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation/ground transportation etc., for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers/vendors and bear the overhead costs involved in rendering services to you. You shall be bound by the cancellation charges, which apply when the cancellation happens on your own accord or due to any circumstances. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. You consent for levy of the Cancellation Charges by the Company are as per the policy mentioned as below:

Applicable Terms for Cancellations
This cancellation policy applies to passengers traveling to Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Africa, America, and Europe.- SOTC Trip Protection: If you have opted for SOTC Trip Protection, the company will calculate and determine your cancellation charges according to the Trip Protection Terms and Conditions.
- Company-Initiated Cancellations: The company reserves the right to cancel any tour before departure without providing a reason. In such cases, all monies paid will be refunded in Indian Rupees, but no compensation will be provided.
- Cruise Cancellations: In the event of cruise cancellations, 100% of the cruise cost will be forfeited, regardless of the time of cancellation.
- Air Tickets and Other Arrangements: The company will not assume responsibility for any additional costs or fees related to air tickets or other arrangements not handled through the company.
- Booking Deposit Forfeiture: The company reserves the right to forfeit the booking deposit in the event of cancellations.
- Visa Rejections: If your visa is not granted, you must inform the company in writing before the tour commencement/departure date. Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the date of receipt of this written communication. The relevant cancellation charge slab, depending on the number of days before departure, will then apply.
