- If, due to unavoidable circumstances, you are required to cancel your holiday, the cancellation must be communicated to us in writing.
- There will be a 100% cancellation fee if the booked cruise is canceled.
- As per the booking conditions of the holiday, we will be compelled to levy the following cancellation charges.
- Full cancellation of flights and visas.
- If canceled 45 days before the date of travel, a full refund will be provided after deducting an administration fee of INR 25,000 for international travel and INR 10,000 for domestic travel.
- Non-refundable hotels and services will not be refunded.
- Apartment cancellation terms will be communicated separately at the time of confirmation of the apartment.
- 25% cancellation fee if canceled between 45 to 30 days from the date of travel.
- 50% cancellation fee if canceled between 30 to 21 days from the date of travel.
- 100% cancellation fee if canceled within 21 days from the date of travel.
- In the case of international travel, if the visa is denied, only INR 25,000 will be charged as administration fees along with the visa fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you. However, if this falls within the cancellation period, the cancellation policy will also apply.
- If airline tickets are issued, they will be refunded within 30 to 45 working days as per the cancellation terms. However, if this falls within the cancellation period, the cancellation policy will also apply.
- Any refund will be processed by cheque or bank transfer only.
- Once a train ticket is issued, the amount is non-refundable.
- If a passenger cancels their trip during the tour, no refund will be provided.
- The passenger must make their own arrangements for the return journey.
Covid-19 or Similar Pandemic Situation
- If the trip is canceled more than 45 days from the date of travel, an administrative fee of INR 25,000 for international travel and INR 10,000 for domestic travel will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded as per the refund policy and airline cancellation policy.
- Visa fees are non-refundable.
- If the trip is canceled within 45 days and the clients seek a refund, the same cancellation terms and conditions will apply as stated above.
- Clients can choose to keep the amount as credit with us, which must be utilized within 3 months of the date of cancellation. Any unutilized amount will be forfeited after 3 months.
- Cancellation in such situations is dependent on the policies of the airlines, hotels, and train companies.
