We had a good overall experience with the travel agency for our Japan trip. They arranged most of the activities and accommodations we requested, and the overal (Read More)l arrangements were satisfactory. However, there were a couple of areas where things could have been better. The room pictures shared for one of the accommodations were incorrect, and unfortunately, they were unable to secure tickets for the Ghibli Museum. They did share the ticket details when we followed up, though.
Overall, the trip went well, and we appreciate their efforts in organizing most of our requirements. With better attention to detail and communication regarding bookings, the experience could have been even better. A good experience overall.

Our recent trip to Japan, organised by Probesten, exceeded our expectations.
We (Read More) were a group of five, and Prajwal carefully curated our itinerary. Every detail—from accommodations to private and group tours—was executed with precision. Sonam provided daily updates, and Prajwal accompanied us every step of the way to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Everything, including the hotels, tours, and transport, was extremely well-organised. We are thoroughly satisfied with the service and highly recommend Probesten!
