Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in Japan
  • Welcome to Japan.
  • Upon arrival, welcome by the Tour Manager/local tour guide and transfer from the airport to the
  • hotel for check-in. (Standard check-in time 1400-1500 hrs).
  • Overnight in Tokyo. (D)
Note: Joining direct passengers or NRIs can check in on their own at the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1500 hrs.
A packed dinner will be provided in case of late arrivals.
  • After breakfast, we proceed to Tokyo, where we'll begin by visiting the Tokyo Skytree observation deck for stunning city
  • views.
  • Next, explore Asakusa Kannon, one of Tokyo's most vibrant and renowned temples, and stroll along Nakamise Dori Street, one of Japan’s oldest shopping streets.
  • Later, visit Ueno Park, one of Japan's oldest public parks, which is highly recommended for cherry blossom viewing in the spring.
  • Overnight in Tokyo. (B, L, D)
  • After breakfast, we head to Team Labs, an immersive museum renowned for its vibrant, futuristic digital art installations
  • and excellent photo opportunities.
  • Next, we take a photo stop at the “Statue of Liberty replica.”
  • Visit Hie Shrine, a traditional Japanese Shinto shrine famous for its striking row of red torii gates.
  • Later, visit Shibuya, where you'll experience the famous Shibuya Crossing, the busiest pedestrian crossing in Tokyo.
  • Overnight in Hakone Region. (B, L, D)
  • After breakfast, we will head to Owakudani and take the Owakudani Ropeway to explore the Owakudani Boiling Valley.
  • Enjoy a scenic cruise on Lake Ashi, taking in the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Ashinoko.
  • Visit the Mt. Fuji 5th Station, where you can see Japan's highest peak and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  • Overnight in Nagoya. (B, PL, D)
  • After breakfast, visit the Toyota Automobile Museum to explore the history and evolution of automotive innovation.
  • Following this, enjoy a photo stop at Nagoya Castle, Japan's first castle also regarded as a National Treasure.
  • In the evening, head to Nabana no Sato, a beautifully landscaped flower field known for its vibrant blooms and stunning LED
  • light displays at night.
  • Overnight in Nagoya. (B, L, D)

  • After breakfast, visit Nara Deer Park, where you can interact with hundreds of freely roaming deer, often regarded as
  • “Messengers of God,”
  • Explore Todaiji Temple, renowned for its Daibutsuden (Big Buddha Hall), once the world’s largest wooden building.
  • Later, visit Shinsaibashi - one of Osaka and Japan's most famous shopping streets.
  • Overnight in Osaka. (B, L, D)
  • Today, we proceeded on a day trip to Hiroshima, which was a bullet train ride from Osaka.
  • Upon arrival, head to the pier to catch a ferry to Miyajima Island, where you will visit the historic Itsukushima Shrine, renowned for its iconic “Floating Torii Gate.”
  • Next, explore the Hiroshima Peace Park, Museum, and the Atomic Bomb Dome (Genbaku Dome), a UNESCO World Heritage site within the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park.
  • After a poignant visit, return to Osaka via bullet train.
  • Overnight in Osaka. (PB, L, D)
  • After breakfast, start your day with an immersive Japanese Tea Ceremony experience.
  • Next, visit Daigo-ji Temple, a World Heritage site renowned for its beautiful cherry blossom views.
  • Continue to Kinkaku-ji Temple, also known as the “Temple of the Golden Pavilion,” where you can admire the stunning pagoda designed to house sacred Buddha relics.
  • Finally, take a serene walk through the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, where you will wander amidst an endless stretch of
  • towering bamboo stalks.
  • Overnight in Osaka. (B, L, D)
  • Check out of the hotel and proceed to the airport for your flight back home.

  • The cost of airfare included in the above tour cost is based on the fare structure existing as on 1st Sep 2024. Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in the fuel price, change in Government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers and the company will not be held responsible for the same.
  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leads to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate of exchange changes substantially prior to departure.

All services, such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation/ground transportation etc., for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers/vendors and bear the overhead costs involved in rendering services to you. You shall be bound by the cancellation charges, which apply when the cancellation happens on your own accord or due to any circumstances. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. Applicable Terms for Cancellations

This cancellation policy applies to passengers traveling to Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Africa, America, and Europe.
  • SOTC Trip Protection: If you have opted for SOTC Trip Protection, the company will calculate and determine your cancellation charges according to the Trip Protection Terms and Conditions.
  • Company-Initiated Cancellations: The company reserves the right to cancel any tour before departure without providing a reason. In such cases, all monies paid will be refunded in Indian Rupees, but no compensation will be provided.
  • Cruise Cancellations: In the event of cruise cancellations, 100% of the cruise cost will be forfeited, regardless of the time of cancellation.
  • Air Tickets and Other Arrangements: The company will not assume responsibility for any additional costs or fees related to air tickets or other arrangements not handled through the company.
  • Booking Deposit Forfeiture: The company reserves the right to forfeit the booking deposit in the event of cancellations.
  • Visa Rejections: If your visa is not granted, you must inform the company in writing before the tour commencement/departure date. Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the date of receipt of this written communication. The relevant cancellation charge slab, depending on the number of days before departure, will then apply.

I recently went to Morocco Spain & Portugal thro Sotc for 16 days .. Everything well managed & organised.. the tour manager was vey efficient in his work...
