- Less than 8 days before departure, no-show, or cancellation during the tour: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, high tides, sea conditions, or other force majeure circumstances, certain activities, sightseeing tours, ferry services, or excursions may be altered, postponed, or cancelled. No refunds will be applicable for unused or cancelled services.
- 100% cancellation charges will apply in case of last-minute booking cancellations due to flight cancellations, changes in flight schedules, ferry disruptions caused by technical issues, adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
