Day 1 Arrival in Port Blair - Corbyn’s Cove Beach & Cellular Jail with Sound & Light Show

Any water activities (e.g., scuba diving, seawalk) are not included; they are available at an extra cost.
Tour guides are not included but can be arranged for an additional fee.

Other Charges & Fees:

A 5% GST is applicable and will be added to the final bill.
Any costs arising from natural calamities, political disturbances, VIP movement, or other unforeseen events.
Any cost due to changes in the itinerary from factors beyond control (e.g., bad weather, ill health).

General Rule:

Anything not explicitly mentioned in the "Inclusions" list is automatically excluded.

Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Policy (For Land Packages)

If a guest cancels for any reason not attributable to the company after making an advance payment, the following charges apply based on the time before arrival:
- 10 days or less: 100% of the amount is deducted. No refund.
- 11 to 20 days: 50% of the total package cost is deducted.
- 21 to 30 days: 25% of the total package cost is deducted.
- Above 30 days: The entire amount is refundable after deducting cancellation charges.

Time Frame (Days Before Arrival):

A fixed cancellation charge of Rs. 2,500 per person is applicable for all cancellations made after the advance is paid.
No rescheduling of the tour is allowed after the payment is made.
Specific Cancellation Rules for Premium Hotels

For guests booking at SeaShell, Coral Reef, Barefoot, Munjoh, and Taj:

Rescheduling is only available as per the specific policy of the hotel or resort.
Cancellation incurs 100% charges anytime after the advance is paid.

High Peak Season Policy (Applicable to All Bookings)
100% Cancellation charges are applicable if the travel date falls between 15th December to 15th January.

Cancellation Policy for Packages Booked with Flights

No refund is provided for Flights, Tours, Hotels, or Ferries. 100% of the amount is deductible if:

The guest cancels the flight tickets at any time after booking.
The flight is cancelled, delayed, or rescheduled by the airline.

If a guest's flight is delayed or cancelled, and they arrive in Andaman at their own cost, the trip will be arranged as per the original itinerary from their arrival. No refund will be given for any missed days.
100% Cancellation charges apply if the travel date falls between 15th December to 15th January.

It was fantastic experience of Switzerland and Paris tour with Eco Tour Adventures during 29th May - 4th June 25. There was nice Tour Manager Mr Shinde, nice Coach, Nice Coach Driver and Extra Ordina (Read More)ry Indian Food. I wish to join again in future with Eco Trip Adventures.
