Day 1 Arrival in Guwahati + Local Sightseeing
- Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station, meet the driver and transfer to the hotel.
- After check-in and some time to relax, proceed for local sightseeing.
- Visit the scenic Brahmaputra River, the Umananda Island/River surroundings and other local attractions, depending on the arrival time.
- Later, return to the hotel and spend the evening at leisure.
- Overnight stay: Guwahati.
Day 2 Guwahati → Kamakhya Devi Temple → Kaziranga
- Start early in the morning and proceed to Kamakhya Devi Temple for darshan.
- After completing the temple visit, return to the hotel for breakfast and check out.
- Proceed towards Kaziranga National Park, enjoying the scenic journey through Assam.
- On arrival, check in to the hotel and later proceed for local sightseeing.
- Visit the Kaziranga Orchid & Biodiversity Park and explore the surrounding areas.

Day 3 Kaziranga Morning Safari → Shillong + Local Sightseeing
- Start early in the morning for an exciting Jeep Safari in Kaziranga National Park.
- After the safari, return to the hotel for breakfast and check out.
- Proceed towards Shillong, enjoying the scenic drive through the hills of Meghalaya.
- On arrival, proceed for local sightseeing covering Umiam Lake, Ward's Lake and Elephant Falls, depending on the available time.
- Later, check in to the hotel.

Day 4 Shillong → Mawlynnong → Dawki
- After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Mawlynnong.
- Visit the picturesque village and the famous Riwai Living Root Bridge.
- Continue towards Dawki, known for the crystal-clear Umngot River and beautiful landscapes near the India–Bangladesh border.
- Enjoy the riverside surroundings and an optional boating experience, subject to weather and water conditions.
- Later, check in to the hotel in Dawki.
- Overnight stay: Dawki.
Day 5 Dawki → Cherrapunji Full-Day Sightseeing → Cherrapunji
- After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Cherrapunji (Sohra).
- Visit Mawkdok Dympep Valley Viewpoint, Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave, Dainthlen Falls and Eco Park.
- Enjoy the spectacular waterfalls, caves, valleys and scenic landscapes of Sohra.
- Return to the hotel in the evening.
- Overnight stay: Cherrapunji.
Day 6 Cherrapunji → Krang Shuri → Phe Phe → Laitlum → Shillong
- After breakfast, check out and begin the scenic journey towards Krang Shuri Falls, famous for its blue-green natural pool and lush surroundings.
- Continue to Phe Phe Falls, another beautiful waterfall surrounded by greenery.
- Later, proceed towards Laitlum Canyon, known for its dramatic cliffs and spectacular panoramic views of the Meghalaya valleys.
- After sightseeing, continue to Shillong and check in to the hotel.
- Overnight stay: Shillong.
Day 7 Shillong → Guwahati Departure
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Guwahati.
- Depending on your departure schedule, transfer to Guwahati Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey.

He identified himself as the company owner and responded very promptly to every query right up until the booking amount was transferred. We found Ashish Jain's failure to answer calls or reply after the money transfer to be very irresponsible. So, my only suggestion is that if anyone books with this company, please do no (Read More)t make the booking through people like Ashish Jain.

Trip to Ladakh
Meticulously planned the trip. All stays are well reachable and nice locations. Continuous on ground support of Trip planner Bhomi jain made trip very convenient. Best part is the Driver Nawang Dorjey he is an excellent driver and made us feel like home in ladakh
All things are great just on day one we had to wait for 3hrs to check in in the hotel

Booking my family's 7-day, 6-night Meghalaya-Guwahati tour with Superfox Roam was a fantastic experience. A special shoutout goes to Mr. Ashish Jain, who acted as my personal travel guide and 24/7 customer support rolled into one.
When one goes on a tour, it is normal for a few things to not perfectly match one's expectations—not because the company did anything wrong intentionally, but simply be (Read More)cause travel is unpredictable. What matters is how those moments are handled. The way Mr. Jain managed these situations and the tremendous gestures he made to ensure our trip stayed on track were truly exceptional.
Superfox Roam operates in the perfect "semi-online" sweet spot. One gets the ease and convenience of an online booking platform, but with the dedicated, personalized backing of a traditional agent.
If one books through the massive travel apps, the drill is familiar: long wait times on customer care calls, explaining the problem to a different executive or manager every single time, and waiting hours for a resolution. Often, one doesn't even bother reporting small issues because the customer support system is too time-consuming.
My experience with Superfox was completely different. There was a 1-to-1 personal relationship and instant resolutions. I approached Mr. Jain almost daily with very minor problems (which honestly could have been ignored), and he addressed every single one immediately. He even provided daily tailor-made plans, adding so much value to this kind of semi-online service.
As a constructive suggestion to further elevate their already excellent service, it would be highly beneficial for the team to personally visit hotel properties before booking them for clients. This firsthand experience would allow them to accurately discuss the real condition, location, food quality, and true star ratings (which would be wonderful to include in the official quotation). Since many hotels self-certify as 3-star but fall short of that standard, this extra step would ensure perfect alignment with client expectations and prevent any future mismatches.
In my personal opinion, despite the popularity of online apps, one must try booking a tour with Superfox Roam. The on-the-spot support makes all the difference!

Trip to Meghalaya
Adhish and rahul both are very unprofessional. Very bad and rude behaviour. Never gonna book again and never recommend to anyone.
Stay with no staff. When request to to manage. The concerned agent ashish and rahul both came on con-call and misbehaved and said its not our job to put your luggage from room to the hotel reception. And if no staff available in hotel, It's not our problem. For whole night there wasno staff to manage and the guest are all on their own. No safety.
