You were delayed by almost 1 hour for the shared transfer. While this situation was beyond the package and not eligible for re-arrangement, our team still tried our best to arrange an alternative transfer, even though it was not included and generally not possible at the last minute.
Throughout your stay, our team remained available on WhatsApp and call for every query and assistance you needed.
Regarding boat ride or parasailing, these activities were not booked through us. They were your self-booked services, and we only arranged the island tour, which went smoothly as planned.
We also helped you secure the helicopter ride, which was fully unavailable everywhere else, but we still managed to arrange it specially for you.
Thank you again for taking the time to review us. We always try to offer the best possible support, and we hope to assist you with an even better experience in the future.
