- Sightseeing Transfers: Comfortable transportation for all sightseeing activities as per the itinerary.
- Accommodation and Breakfast: Stay with daily breakfast.
- Air-Conditioned Vehicle: For all transfers and sightseeing.
- English-Speaking Driver: For the entire tour.
- Meals: Meals are not covered; please make your own arrangements for dining.
- Entrance Fees: All applicable entrance fees for sights and attractions are not included.
- Additional Vehicle Use: Use of the vehicle for purposes outside the scheduled itinerary is not included.
- Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is noon. Early check-in and late check-out are not included.
- Compulsory Room Supplements: Charges for tips, laundry, bar, telephone, and other optional or personal expenses are not included.
- Other Items: Any additional items or services not mentioned in the inclusions are not covered.
Pricing
- Rate per person. (Minimum 4 Pack).
Booking
- Once booking details are submitted, we will process the booking. At this stage, we require 50% of the total invoice.
- If the arrival date is more than 45 days away, the balance, 75% of the invoice value, is to be paid 14 days before arrival.
- If the arrival date is less than 45 days away, 100% of the total invoice value is to be paid.
- No refunds are provided for early checkouts and no-shows.
Cancellation
- To cancel a booking, immediately notify Try Nova Tours by email. Cancellations must be made before 10:00 hrs on the next working day to allow us time to contact suppliers.
- The amount paid will be refundable for cancellations made within the first 14 days.
- No refund is available for cancellations made within less than 30 days from the start of the tour.
