Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback. We’re glad to know you were comfortable with the hotels, driver, and vehicle.

We sincerely apologize if some local information regarding pooja, f (Read More)ood options, shopping, and other details was not communicated as clearly as it should have been. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

During the monsoon, Ganga Aarti arrangements and locations can sometimes change due to the river conditions and water level, which was also the case during your visit. Nevertheless, we understand that clearer guidance from our side could have made your experience smoother.

Your feedback is important to us, and we will certainly use it to improve our guest experience and provide more detailed local guidance in the future.

Thank you for choosing Travels Town, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you even better on your next visit.

Trip to Varanasi, Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India, Allahabad, Sarnath

My trip to Varanasi was truly unforgettable. Watching the sunrise over the Ganga River during a boat ride was a peaceful and mesmerizing experience. The evening Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat was the highlight of the trip, The visit to Kashi Vishwanath Temple filled me with devotion, while walking through the narrow lanes of the old city gave me a glimpse of Varanasi's rich heritage. A vis (Read More)it to Sarnath added a historical and cultural dimension to the journey, making the tour even more meaningful. The local food was another major attraction. From Banarasi kachori and jalebi to the famous lassi and paan, every dish reflected the city's unique flavors. The locals were welcoming, and the city's timeless charm made every moment memorable. Overall, tour Guide have a Good knowledge

Trip to Varanasi, India, Uttar Pradesh

I had a very disappointing experience with Travels Town Varanasi. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude from the beginning. The hotel they arranged was of very poor quality and nowhere close to what was promised. The vehicle provided was in terrible condition. The AC was barely working, making travel unbearable in the scorching summer heat. To make matters worse, we had to wait for (Read More) hours multiple times just to refill CNG, wasting valuable sightseeing time and causing unnecessary discomfort. Overall, this was one of the worst travel experiences I've had. Poor planning, poor service, and complete lack of professionalism. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this tour operator. Never ever book with Travels Town Varanasi.

We respect your feedback and would like to clarify a few points for the sake of transparency.

During the trip, the guests stayed at **Elegance Hotel in Varanasi** and **RS Resort in Ayodhya** (Read More), and no complaint regarding these hotels was raised during the stay.

At the **Prayagraj hotel**, there was an AC issue in the room. As soon as it was brought to our attention, our team immediately arranged a room change at that time itself.

Regarding the checkout delay, the package payment was still pending. Our team had reminded the guests several times before checkout to complete the payment. At the time of checkout, the payment could not be completed immediately due to a bank/server issue, so the guests had to wait for the payment to be processed. This resulted in the delay at checkout.

The sightseeing itinerary was kept flexible throughout the trip, and we accommodated the guests’ preferences as much as possible.

Regarding the vehicle, it was a CNG vehicle, so occasional waiting for refuelling can happen. We understand that this can be inconvenient, especially during summer, and we take this feedback seriously.

Overall, we made every effort to provide the services as planned and to address any issue immediately whenever it was brought to our attention. We regret that the checkout delay affected the overall experience and led to such negative feedback.

We always welcome genuine feedback and continuously work to improve our services. At the same time, we believe it is important to share the complete circumstances so that future travellers can have a fair and accurate understanding of the experience.
