- Sightseeing in a private air-conditioned vehicle as per the itinerary
- All private cruise charges included as per the itinerary (NAUTIKA, MAK, Sea Link, Green Ocean, Aashi)
- Sightseeing as per the itinerary; vehicle provided on a point-to-point basis
- Any airfare, train fare, or overland journey not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Any medical or rescue evacuation due to mishaps.
- Any personal items such as laundry, bar bills, table bills, camera fees, tips, or any other items.
- Vehicle not at disposal on any of the islands.
- Any extra excursions or sightseeing apart from the suggested tour itinerary.
- Costs incidental to any changes in the itinerary or stay due to flight cancellations caused by bad weather, ill health, roadblocks, or any factors beyond our control.
- If cancellations are made 30 or more days before the start date of the trip, 30% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 30-15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity; however, no refund will be provided.
- 100% cancellation fees will be charged from the total booking amount in case of last-minute booking cancellations due to flight cancellations, any natural calamity, or changes in flight schedules/ferries due to technical issues, weather, high tides, or sea conditions.
- In case of a lockdown in Andaman due to COVID-19, a credit note will be provided, which a traveler can redeem within one year from the date of issuance. In such scenarios, a revised package will be provided as per the current applicable season and off-season rates. Please check the final cost with the reservation team.
