Day 1 Istanbul Arrival – Evening Dinner Cruise
- Upon your arrival at Istanbul airport, the welcome staff will be waiting for you at the exit.
- You will then be transported to the hotel.
- In the evening, prepare for a Bosphorus Cruise, which is the best way to explore the Bosporus of Istanbul at night.

- Check-in time is 15:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs noon. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability.

- A 25% payment is required for processing land bookings; the full amount is needed to book flights, ferries, and EU rail tickets.
- Full payments for non-refundable hotels and tours are required. An additional 2.84% will be charged for payments made by credit or debit card, and 3.84% extra for American Express.
- Once a booking is processed, no amendments are allowed; any changes will incur charges borne by the guest.
- The cruise gratuity fee is excluded from the package and must be paid directly by the guest on the cruise.

- Passports must be valid for 6 months (180 days from the travel date). Travel insurance claims are settled between the guest and the insurance company; Explore The Holiday Package (IATA) has no liability.
- A PAN card is mandatory for all passengers traveling and should be shared at the time of booking.
- Visa approval or rejection is at the discretion of the embassy; Explore The Holiday Package (IATA) has no liability in this regard.
- International hotels require a security deposit and city taxes, which must be paid by the guest upon arrival at check-in.
- Special requests such as early check-in, smoking or non-smoking rooms, specific views, floors, king or queen size beds, twin beds, adjoining rooms, or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival.
- Tours and tickets for attractions once booked are non-refundable. Drinks, including water during meals and sightseeing tours, are not included.
- Any tours, transfers, or activities may be canceled due to unforeseen weather conditions or political issues.
- Guests are responsible for their own canceled tours, transfers, or activities; refunds will be provided where applicable.

We looked through 5 agencies before settling on D organizers for our Turkey trip (Read More). Initially we were sceptical due to the reviews, but we were glad to have booked with them. The trip was well organised with 2 days in each city of which one day was a full day guided tour and the second day was given free for self exploration . This allowed choice for my parents to rest on the second day since they were approaching their 60s . I would especially like to thank Bhargav who maintained good contact and communication with us throughout the whole trip from the beginning to the end from the visa process till we reached back home after the trip. I also feel that their rates are economical and budget friendly compared to the other agencies we first spoke to.
One of our transport vehicles from the airport to hotel during the trip in Ist (Read More)anbul was filled with the smell of cigarettes . One of the vehicles had an airconditioner problem in pamukkale though the driver was a sweet person.
