Package Policies
- Hotel accommodation on a double/twin sharing basis as per the itinerary.
- Meals as per the plan provided.
- All transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary in an air-conditioned vehicle.
- Road taxes, parking fees, fuel charges, and interstate taxes.
- GST (unless otherwise specified).
- Airport transfers (Airport to hotel and hotel to airport).
- Airport Check-in Fees: Some airlines in Europe and other destinations charge for airport check-in and do not charge for web check-in (e.g., Ryanair). Airport check-in fees are not included in the package and cannot be reimbursed. Kindly do the web check-in in advance.
- TCS (Tax Collected at Source): A 5% TCS is applicable on specific parts of the package. TCS is over and above the quoted package and must be claimed by the client while filing the Income Tax Return (ITR).
- GST: GST will be charged if not mentioned in the rates.
- Personal Expenses: This includes tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax, etc.
- Other Costs Not Included: Anything not mentioned under the Package Inclusions.
- Entrance Fees: Entrance fees at some/all monuments and sightseeing spots.
- Flight Cancellations: Any cost incidental to changes in the itinerary or stay due to flight cancellations caused by bad weather, ill health, roadblocks, or other factors beyond control.
- Airfare: Airfare is not included unless specified in the itinerary.
- Travel Insurance: Not included unless mentioned in the itinerary.
- Sightseeing: In most destinations, sightseeing tours start from a specific point, and the client may need to reach that point independently.
- Transfers: Hotel to train/bus station and train/bus station to hotel transfers are not included.
- Hotel to ferry port and ferry port to hotel transfers are not included unless specifically added on request with additional charges.
- City/Hotel Tax: A small amount of city/hotel tax is applicable in different countries/states, which must be paid locally and is not included in the package.
- Cruise Gratuity: If a cruise is part of the itinerary, a gratuity amount must be paid by the guest at the time of check-in or check-out from the cruise, which is not included in the package.
- 30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost
- 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost
- 19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost
