Detailed Itinerary
Upon arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) or Bagdogra International Airport (IXB), meet and greet by our representative. Transfer to Gangtok (5,500 ft). Check in to the hotel and enjoy leisure the rest of the day. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to:
- Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft / 37 Kms / 2 Hrs from Gangtok): A glacial lake surrounded by snow-covered mountains.
- Baba Mandir (13,200 ft / 16 Kms / 1 Hr from Tsomgo Lake): A revered temple dedicated to Baba Harbhajan Singh.
Important Notes:
- Required Documents for Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir: Two passport-sized photographs
- Photocopy of Photo ID Proof (Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID; Aadhaar & PAN Cards are NOT accepted).
- For children below 18 years: Birth Certificate or School/College ID (original documents must be carried).
- In case of landslides or any other reason, alternate sightseeing will be arranged.
Return to Gangtok by evening. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 ft). On arrival, check in at the hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
Early Morning: Visit Tiger Hill (subject to permit availability) to witness the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga (28,208 ft). Return to the hotel for breakfast.

Amendment Rules:
- Amendments to booked tours will be treated as cancellations. However, minor amendments may incur a communication charge, which varies case by case.
Refund Rules:
- Refunds will be issued to the source of the booking. Processing may take up to 15 days and will be issued via account payee cheque.
- From booking date – 30 days: ₹3,500 per person (communication charges)
- 30-15 days prior to departure: 30% of tour cost
- 14-7 days prior to departure: 50% of tour cost
- 7-3 days before departure: 75% of tour cost
- 2 days or no show: 100% of tour cost
Note: No refund will be issued for unutilized services, regardless of the reason.
