Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Nairobi - Masai Mara

Your safari starts with pick-up at 7:30 AM from your Nairobi hotel or airport, followed by a drive to Masai Mara.
A Masai Mara safari is an unmissable highlight of any holiday in Kenya.
There are breathtaking panoramas in every direction, a vast range of wildlife including the Big Five, and a rich cultural heritage to explore.
Kenya's Masai Mara is undoubtedly one of the greatest safari destinations in Africa.
Between July and October, the Great Rift Valley becomes busy as millions of zebras and wildebeests make the perilous crossing across the Masai Mara in search of new grazing territory.
In their wake comes a veritable horde of predators, including lions and leopards.
At 5:00 PM, you will be picked up from your hotel by Maasai Morans (warriors) who will guide you through a walking safari in the dense Maasai Mara.
Later, you will head for a cultural tour of some of the old tribes that still exist.
You will return to the lodge/camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 2 Masai Mara National Reserve Game Drives

Today's itinerary is flexible; you can discuss it with your guide and plan the day's schedule.
You can either have a relaxed breakfast and depart for full-day game drives at around 7:30 AM with a picnic lunch. This option allows you to visit the Mara River during migration season, providing better opportunities to view wildlife throughout the day. You will return to the lodge or camp late in the afternoon.
Alternatively, you can start with an early morning game drive at 6:00 AM. Afterward, return to your accommodation for breakfast and relax until mid-afternoon.
At 4:00 PM, depart on an afternoon game drive. You will return to the lodge or camp for dinner at 6:30 PM and enjoy your overnight stay.

Day 3 Depart for Nairobi via Naivasha

Enjoy breakfast before driving to Lake Naivasha.
Upon arrival, embark on a boat trip around Lake Naivasha.
The boat trip will showcase the highest lake in the Rift Valley, offering magnificent views and sightings of hundreds of bird species.
Observe numerous hippo pools from your boat.
After the boat trip, proceed to the animal sanctuary for a walking safari.
You will be transferred to your Nairobi location or to the airport for your homebound flight.
