had a 2 day trip to vagamon. 1st day hired a jeep to go places like kurushumala- a statue of jesus kept at a height which need to be climbed (100 steps i guess). this is the base station b4 kurushuma (Read More)la hike., then visited thanjal para and murukan mala. After then went to the orchidarium - really beautiful, also had an off road experience through the pine valley. after lunch proceed to strict off road, through tea estate and forest area and see the falls and the tunnel. total cost for the jeep 4000rs. next day went to the tea lake and later returned to trivandrum through mundakkayam- most scenic route in kerala. Stay best @ chillax vagamon (adjacent to vagamon town)
