Undoubtedly one of the best places in the country to get a glimpse of wildlife (was a few meters away from a gorgeous white tiger myself). Make sure to take dull, covered clothing to protect yourself (Read More) from the elements and the mosquitoes. The evenings can be quite pleasant and affordable hotels abound- however, Ranthambore is best enjoyed by exploring every nook of wilderness through safaris, animal rides, treks and night outs, which requires way advance booking.
