Nearby to the University in the ashram is an effort to bring different religions closer. The Spiritual Museum finds foundation in one of Sai Baba's main teachings, that is the unity of religions.

The museum, is constructed in a Shikhara style of architecture and the design also derives inspiration from North India's Jain temples. The museum holds replicas, idols, artifacts and other instances of religions from all over the world. It also depicts and displays teachings of a number of saints and major religious convictions.
