Atuh Beach, Nusa Penida Overview
Engulfed by humongous cliffs, Atuh Beach is a tranquil beach perfect for relaxing. This beach houses a number of fascinating rock formations with picturesque views. The white sand terrain and the glistening water of the ocean is ideal for swimming. It is a rough drive and a short hike down stairs to reach the beach.
A number of sunbeds and umbrellas are also there on the beach, where you can sit and relax. There are some small vendors on the beach selling nasi goreng, coconut water, and other snacks. The view from the top of the stairs is breathtaking. You can view Diamond Beach from the other side. It is one of the best spots to see the sunrise. Be careful before taking a dip in the ocean as there are not any lifeguards and it is also advisable to go swimming before 2:00 PM to avoid the low tides, as well as avoid swimming away from the shore.
