Cala Conta, Ibiza Overview

The Cala Conta beach is located in San Antonio, Ibiza. Famous among tourists for its crystal clear, turquoise blue water, Cala Conta offers a beautiful view of the small island of Ibiza and is spectacular at sunset. It is an 800 m-long beach, a 15-minute drive from San Antonio.

One part of the beach has shallow water that is ideal for swimming and other activities, however, swimming should be avoided in the open sea owing to strong currents. Cala Escondida is a hidden gem on this beach. Located on the extreme west side of the beach, this area is quite popular among nudists and also has an original beach bar known as chiringuito. The beach is popular for snorkeling and skiing. There are two parts of the beach - one has a Rocky coastline and the other part is filled with sand dunes. Both these parts are segregated by a popular beach restaurant - Sunset Ashram. There are a few more restaurants along the coast that offer great views along with authentic local seafood dishes.
