Holy Trinity Polish Catholic Church is associated with the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago. The structure of the building is grand and opulent - a prime example of the Polish Cathedral style of Churches, reminiscent of the many churches built during the middle ages in Poland. The most distinctive feature of the Holy Trinity would be the catacombs. It was inspired by the underground cemetery meeting places where Christians met while Christianity was forbidden in the Roman Empire. The catacombs are open to the public on Sundays after Masses.
