Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival at NJP Railway Station in Siliguri/ IXB Airport – Darjeeling
On arrival at NJP Railway Station or IXB Airport, you will be greeted by our representative. You will then be transferred to Darjeeling to check in to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for leisure activities. Overnight stay at the hotel in Darjeeling.
  • Early morning at 4:00 AM, visit Tiger Hill to witness the breathtaking sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga. On the way back, visit the Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop.
  • After breakfast, enjoy a half-day city tour covering:
  • Himalayan Mountaineering Institute
  • P.N. Zoological Park (Closed on Thursday)
  • Tenzing Rock
  • Tibetan Refugee Centre (Closed on Sunday)
  • Tea Garden (Outer View)
  • Japanese Temple
  • Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, visit the Rock Garden, also known as the Barbotey Rock Garden, located 10 km from Darjeeling town. Later, visit Gangamaya Park, a scenic park nestled in a valley. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey.

The booking and arrangements initially was excellent. Reeta was contacting me almost daily to assist me and finalise my itenerary. She also accommodated my pref (Read More)erred hotel requests. I then made payment ,on 7 October 2024. Since then Reeta has stopped communicating. She however did ask her office to send me internal travel arrangements (after I requested the details) and I have since only had communications from Nikhil from her office. I just feel that I should have been advised by Reeta, that after initial sale by her , I will be handed over to her office admin for ongoing communication. Then I would understand. Otherwise I just felt neglected. Hope it all starts and ends well. I only arrive in Mumbai on 11/11/2024. But still dont know who will meet me at airport. Regards Mano
