- Upon arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB), meet our local representative for assistance.
- Transfer to Gangtok (5412 Ft / 1650Mts), a scenic 130 km drive taking approximately 4-5 hours.
- Check in at the hotel upon arrival.
- Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.
- After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to:
- Tshangu Lake (12,400 Ft / 3780 Mts) – A glacial lake known for its serene beauty, located 43 km from Gangtok (approx. 2-hour drive one way).
- New Baba Mandir (13,100 Ft / 3994 Mts) – Situated 18 km further from Tshangu Lake (approx. 1-hour drive).
- Return to Gangtok by evening.
- Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.
Important Notes:
Documents Required for Tshangu Lake & New Baba Mandir:
- Two passport-size photographs per traveler.
- Photocopy of a valid photo ID (Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID). Aadhaar Card and PAN Card are not accepted.
- For children below 18 years, School or College ID is required. Originals must be carried during travel.
If the visit to Tshangu Lake is not possible due to landslides or unforeseen reasons, an alternative sightseeing tour will be provided.
Foreign nationals, OCI, and PIO cardholders require a separate process for permits; prior intimation is necessary.
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Darjeeling (6710 Ft / 2046 Mts).
- Enjoy the picturesque 110 km journey, taking approximately 4-5 hours.
- On arrival, check in at the hotel.
- Overnight stay at the hotel in Darjeeling.
- Optional: Teesta River Rafting at Melli (available at an additional cost).
- Early morning at around 4:00 AM, subject to clear weather, visit Tiger Hill (8482 Ft / 2586 Mts) to witness the sunrise over the mighty Kanchenjunga Peak, the third-highest peak in the world.
- Return to the hotel for breakfast.
- After breakfast, proceed for a half-day sightseeing tour of Darjeeling.
- Visit the Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda, which offer a serene environment and panoramic views.

- Indian nationals traveling to Sikkim and Darjeeling must carry the required documents for Nathula, Baba Mandir, and Tshangu Lake permits.
- Each traveler must provide six passport-size photographs with their name, age, and gender written on the back.
- Travelers must carry both the original and a photocopy of a valid ID such as a Passport, Election ID, or Driving License, as Aadhaar and PAN Cards are not accepted for the Sikkim Restricted Area Permit (RAP).
- Children below 18 years must carry a School or College ID along with an English version of their Birth Certificate.
- Foreign nationals must carry both their Passport and OCI/PIO card in original for verification.
- Any amendments after booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to cancellation charges.
- Minor amendments can be made with an additional fee of INR 5000, along with any actual charges incurred.
- A 40% advance payment is required to confirm the booking, and no bookings will be processed without advance payment.
- A 30% payment must be made upon receiving the confirmation voucher.
- The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.
- Payments made via credit card will incur an additional 3% surcharge.
- Arrival details, including train or flight numbers, must be shared in advance to facilitate proper scheduling.
- From date of booking: 40% of the tour cost will be charged.
- 30-15 days before departure: 60% of the tour cost will be charged.
- 14-01 days before departure: 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
- Unforeseen weather/government restrictions: No refunds, but an alternative activity may be provided.
- Christmas/New Year & peak season bookings: Full payment required, non-refundable.
