Personal items to carry:

• Feather jacket & heavy woolens during winter, light woolens during summer
• Walking boots
• Rainproof jacket during monsoon
• Torch, spare batteries
• Water flask
• Cold cream, personal medication
• Sunglasses

Guests visiting Lachen and Lachung (Northern Sikkim) are advised to bring heavy woolen clothes, as these areas remain very cold throughout the year.

• Cancellation must be sent via mail/fax.
• From the date of booking: 40% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 30-15 days before departure: 60% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 14-1 days before departure: 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions (e.g., COVID-19), the operator will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided in such cases.
• The above cancellation rules apply, but we will make our best efforts to minimize cancellation charges.
• We reserve the right to decide on the advance payment amount based on the nature of the service & time left for the commencement of the service.
• In certain cases, like hotel or resort bookings during peak seasons (Christmas/New Year) or during fairs/festivals, full payment may be required to hold space on a confirmed basis. Please note such payments are non-refundable.
