Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival at Jammu and Transfer to Katra
  • Arrive in Jammu in the morning.
  • Meet and get assistance on arrival.
  • Proceed straight to Katra by car which is around 40 km from Jammu city.
  • Arrive in Katra and check in at the hotel.
  • Spend the day at leisure.
  • Overnight stay at Katra.
  • In the early morning, proceed to Vaishnodevi Shrine (approx. 13 km trek).
  • One can trek up to the Shrine if the fitness permits; otherwise, pony or palanquins are available at an extra cost. You can also take a helicopter that is available until Sanjhi Chat (2 km before Bhawan).
  • Arrive at Vaishnodevi Bhawan.
  • Wash and change before the darshan.
  • After Mata Vaishnodevi Darshan, proceed for Bhaironji Darshan (optional).
  • Return to the hotel in Katra.
  • Overnight stay at Katra.
  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for Jammu.
  • Arrive in Jammu and explore this beautiful capital of Jammu & Kashmir state.
  • Free time for shopping.
  • Later transfer to Jammu airport/railway station for your onward journey with sweet memories.

We had a lovely family holiday and everything was really well organised from Rohits side . He took care of all our visas , transfers and sightseeing , and internal flights. Apart from the painstaking (Read More) visa process everything else was really amazing and we had a superb trip . Thank you Rohit !

We had booked my 10 days trip to Turkey in December 2022 with SVS travels and it was a wonderful experience.Mr Santosh assisted and finalized the itinerary as per our needs and budget and the entire t (Read More)rip was memorable and without any problems/glitches whatsoever.The service and the selection of their travel partner in Turkey is up to the mark and one can be rest assured to have an amazing travel if booking their holidays through SVS travel.
