Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in Srinagar & Transfer to Sonamarg
  • On arrival at Srinagar, pick up and transfer to Sonamarg. 
  • On arrival check in to the hotel.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, drive to Baltal (7 km) and board a helicopter from the Baltal (the helicopter services are subject to weather conditions).
  • The helicopter operates till Panchtarni, then a 6 km trek from Panchtarni to Amarnath cave.
  • You can also take palki or pony.
  • After darshan, return in time to the helipad to take back helicopter to Baltal.
  • Transfer to Sonamarg.
  • Overnight stay in the hotel.
  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Srinagar.
  • Upon arrival, check in to the houseboat.
  • Visit Mughal Gardens, Shalimar Garden (Abode of Love), Nishat garden (Garden of Pleasure).
  • Return to the houseboat.
  • Start for the soothing and relaxing Shikara ride on the famous Dal Lake.
  • Later in the evening, transfer to hotel/houseboat for dinner & overnight stay.
  • Transfer to the airport to board the flight for your onward destination.
