Day 1 Arrival in Chiang Mai - Leisure Day
  • Check into your accommodation in Chiang Mai and take some time to relax and settle in.
  • Explore the local area and get acquainted with Chiang Mai's vibrant atmosphere, perhaps visiting nearby markets or enjoying a leisurely stroll through the old town.
  • Overnight stay in Chiang Mai
  • Wake up to the excitement of the Songkran Festival as the city comes alive with celebrations.
  • Travel to Doi Suthep Mountain. At the foothills you’ll join locals in the daily alms-giving ceremony, placing offerings in the bowls of barefoot monks.
  • Head to the streets armed with water guns or buckets and join in the spirited water fights, dousing fellow revelers and passersby in a playful display of joy and camaraderie.
  • Visit some of Chiang Mai's temples, such as Wat Phra Singh or Wat Chedi Luang, to witness special Songkran ceremonies and receive blessings from Buddhist monks.
  • Spend the evening at your leisure

  • In the early morning, you will be picked up by a shuttle bus from the hotel.
  • Drive through the Thai countryside to Elephant Nature Park.

To be honest the services offered were really good and best thing was it was completely hassle free. We got experienced driver and on time checkins and the hotels referred were good with nice location (Read More)s, food and services offered by them. We booked the trip to dharamshala, Dalhousie n Amritsar with country travel point coordinated by Harsha mam....iternity was good ....great coordination was done .... Except the hotel at mcleodganj all (Read More) hotels were nice....cab driver was very helpful....the trip was very nice and thanks to Harsha mam for coordinating throughout the journey
