Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival

On arrival at Haridwar, check-in to hotel.
In the evening, proceed to Har Ki Pauri to enjoy Ganga Aarti on the banks of Ganges.
Dinner and overnight stay at Haridwar.

Day 2 Barkot

Depart for Barkot in the morning.
Drive via Mussoorie and visit Kempty Falls.
On arrival at Barkot, check-in to your hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay at Barkot.

Day 3 Yamunotri temple

After breakfast, begin the First Pahad Yatra of Yamunotri with Hanumanchatti and Janki Chatti.
Doli or horse can be hired if needed for the trek. (not inlcuded).
Reach Yamunotri by afternoon and take a holy dip in Yamuna River and perform pooja.
Return to Barkot for dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4 Uttarkashi

After breakfast, check out from hotel and drive to Uttarkashi.
Check-in to hotel.
In the evening, visit the famous Vishwanath Temple.
Dinner and overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Day 5 Gangotri

Early morning breakfast at hotel and drive to Gangotri.
Upon arrival at Gangotri take a holy dip in the River Ganges.
Visit the Gangotri Temple.
Drive back to Uttarkashi after pooja.
Dinner & overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Day 6 Sitapur

After breakfast, proceed to Sitapur.
Overnight stay at Sitapur.

Day 7 Kedarnath

In the early morning, proceed to Sonprayag, Gaurikund and Kedarnath by Govt. Jeep.
After darshan and pooja at Temple, return to hotel.
Overnight stay at Sitapur.
If pilgrimage is by helicopter: proceed to Sirsi / Phata / Guptakashi Helipad to Kedarnath Helipad and walk from there to Kedarnath Temple. After darshan and pooja, return to Helipad to board the Helicopter back to hotel.

Day 8 Badrinath

After breakfast, proceed to Badrinath via Joshimath.
Evening darshan and pooja at Badrinath temple.
Overnight stay at Badrinath.

Day 9 Srinagar

After breakfast, drive to Srinagar via Vishnuprayag, Karnprayag, Nandprayag, Rudrapryag and Devprayag.
Check in to hotel at Srinagar.
Spend the rest of the day relaxing.

Day 10 Haridwar

After breakfast, drive back to Haridwar.
En-route, visit Rishikesh.
On reaching Haridwar, drop off at preferred point for onward journey.

Day 11 Haridwar Sightseeing (optional)

Visit Maa Chandi, Chandi Devi Mandir and Maa Mansa Devi Mandir by self.

Things which were good. 1. View from manali hotel was amazing. 2. Natural beauty in jibhi stay was amazing. You will not even feel to go out. 3. Our trip manager used to ask everyday if we have any (Read More) issue. This was very good. I would say it was a perfect trip. Few feedback for next time improvements so we can opt the same agent again. 1. Breakfast: Tea & breads can't be considered in breakfast. In jibhi stay, there were having 4 options for breakfast. 2 options were always unavailable otherwise we need hike for 100 meters to eat them. in rest 2 options, 1 was local dish Siddhu. My family couldn't like it much as they were eating it first time. And the last option was bread. 2. Meal options: In jibhi stay, there were limited option for meals. And it was difficult to know what is paid and what is included. We got to know about that at last day when we were leaving. At least milk for baby must be included in breakfast. 3. Tree house: bathroom floor slope was opposite side. no ventilation fan in bathroom. no window with net, and gaps in floor wooden planks. In result, insects in bed. In Manali, everything was good. But we were expecting that as the weather is cold there and we cant hang towels in balcony to get dried they should have changed them every day. Same with bedding. It should be changed at least once in 2 days. We stayed for 4 days there. Drive was experienced so we were pretty confident on his driving and less worried when he was fast. But for a AC car we were expecting that the AC should be on in sundar nagar like areas where car is not ascending on the mountains. However, he finally switched on AC in chandigarh that was a relief for us.
