Detailed Itinerary
- Upon arrival in Delhi, meet our representative and drive to Haridwar.
- Check in at the hotel and relax.
- In the evening, visit Har-ki-Pauri for the Ganga Aarti (if time permits).
- Overnight stay at Haridwar.
- Meals: Tea/Coffee and Dinner
- Additional: Wash and change rooms will be provided on a sharing basis.
- After breakfast, check out and drive to Barkot.
- Upon arrival, check in at the hotel.

- Early morning after breakfast, drive to Janki Chatti (starting point of the Yamunotri trek).
- Trek 6 km (one way) to Yamunotri (on foot, pony, or doli at your own cost).

- AC will work only in the plains and will be switched off in hilly areas. AC is operational only in Haridwar & Dehradun plains, depending on the chosen package.
- Sightseeing is subject to weather, political, and traffic conditions at the destination.
- Any delay or cancellation of hotel check-ins due to third-party services (helicopter, pony, palaki) will incur a retention charge. Reallocation of hotels in the same destination depends on availability.
- Missed sightseeing due to natural calamities, weather conditions, or unforeseen reasons is non-refundable and non-adjustable.
- Itinerary may change at any time due to operational reasons. The company reserves the right to alter, amend, or modify the tour package before or during the tour. Efforts will be made to notify changes in advance.
- Entrance fees are to be paid directly as per the itinerary.

- 30+ days before departure: Advance amount is non-refundable, but no additional charges apply.
- 29 to 20 days before departure: 30% of the tour cost will be charged.
- Less than 20 days before departure: 100% of the tour cost will be charged (No refund).
