Day 1 Arrive in Kochi & Transfer to Munnar
  • Arrive at Kochi Airport/Railway Station and transfer to Munnar.
  • On the way visit Valara, Cheeyappara waterfalls & tea plantations.
  • On arrival at Munnar check in at the hotel.
  • In the afternoon visit Rajamalai (Eravikulam National Park - open as per the directions by the forest authorities) & Tea Museum.
  • In the evening a short visit to Munnar town. You can see the beautiful tea estates like a green paradise.
  • Overnight stay at Munnar.
  • After breakfast proceed for sightseeing.
  • Visit Mattuppetty dam, Echo Point, Kundala Dam, Pothamedu Viewpoint, Blossom Park, etc.
  • Time for shopping.
  • Overnight stay at Munnar.
  • In the morning, after breakfast check out from the hotel.
  • Drive to Thekkady. Thekkady is a world-famous wildlife sanctuary and it is also called Periyar.
  • On arrival check in to the hotel.
  • In the afternoon proceed for a game viewing cruise on the Periyar Lake. Here you will be able to see a large variety of wildlife, which include elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar, etc.
  • In the evening you can take an Elephant ride at Periyar wildlife.
  • Spend the rest of the day is at leisure.
  • Overnight stay at Thekkady.
  • After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Alleppey.
  • Around 1200 hrs check-in at the houseboat and start your cruise through the rich and splendid backwater.

What's Good: Very communicative both in planning and execution., nice choices of the hotel, very friendly drivers and guides, lot of flexibility
What's Not Good: Some iterinary items (Read More)need a little better planning like 6 hours of logistics for 3-4 hours of Mekong Delta though it was also very interesting
