Day 1 Arrive in Kochi & Transfer to Munnar
  • Arrive at Kochi Airport/Railway Station and transfer to Munnar.
  • On the way visit Valara, Cheeyappara waterfalls & tea plantations.
  • On arrival at Munnar check in at the hotel.
  • In the afternoon visit Rajamalai (Eravikulam National Park - open as per the directions by the forest authorities) & Tea Museum.
  • In the evening a short visit to Munnar town. You can see the beautiful tea estates like a green paradise.
  • Overnight stay at Munnar.
  • After breakfast proceed for sightseeing.
  • Visit Mattuppetty dam, Echo Point, Kundala Dam, Pothamedu Viewpoint, Blossom Park, etc.
  • Time for shopping.
  • Overnight stay at Munnar.
  • In the morning, after breakfast check out from the hotel.
  • Drive to Thekkady. Thekkady is a world-famous wildlife sanctuary and it is also called Periyar.
  • On arrival check in to the hotel.
  • In the afternoon proceed for a game viewing cruise on the Periyar Lake. Here you will be able to see a large variety of wildlife, which include elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar, etc.

What's Good: How amazing and easy this trip felt to us! I travelled to Kerala with my mother during my summer vacations this year, and from the first call made to be by Jaideep, giving me appro (Read More)ximate package amount, I was hooked. He was extremely flexible with my requirements and budget and he carved out an amazing experience for us, in our budget. He had been so co-operative ever since I locked the deal and I am genuinely keen in working with him again. Our chauffeur, Syam, made sure we felt right in place during the visit and the hotel arrangements were also top-notch.
What's Not Good: The itinerary could have been a little more elaborate, as I realise we missed some top spots at some places. I don't regret it though, but I would appreciate being taken to a lot more of the tourist spots.
