Day 1: Arrival in Gangtok

  • Meet & greet on arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport.
  • Transfer to Gangtok (5,480 ft.).
  • On arrival check-in to the hotel.
  • Rest of the day at leisure.
  • Overnight stay at Gangtok.

  • After breakfast start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.)
  • It is 55 km, one way from Gangtok city.
  • Overnight stay at Gangtok.

  • After breakfast check out from the hotel.
  • Transfer to Lachen (9,800 ft.).
  • En-route visit Singhik View point, Seven Sister Waterfall, Naga Waterfall.
  • Arrive at Lachen by evening. and check in to the hotel.
  • Dinner at the hotel.
  • Overnight stay at Lachen.

  • In the early morning drive to Chopta Valley (13,200 ft.) & Gurudongmar Lake (17,100 ft.).
  • Return to the hotel.
  • After lunch drive to Lachung (8,800 ft.).
  • Arrive at Lachung by evening and check in to the hotel.
  • Dinner & overnight stay at Lachung.

  • In the early morning drive to Yumthang Valley (11,800 ft. known as Valley of Flowers).
  • On the way back, visit Hot Spring considered to have medicinal properties.
  • Return to the hotel for lunch.
  • Transfer to Gangtok.
  • En route witness the wonderful Bheema & Twin waterfalls.
  • On arrival at Gangtok check in to the hotel.
  • Overnight stay at Gangtok.

  • After breakfast start the half-day city tour of Gangtok covering Banzakhri Falls, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Flower show, Do-Drul, Chorten & Institute of Tibetology (maximum 3-4 hours).
  • In the afternoon drive to Pelling (6,100 ft.).
  • On arrival check-in to the hotel.
  • Overnight stay at Pelling.

  • After breakfast start for a full day of sightseeing.
  • 1st half of the tour - Darap village, Rimbi water Falls, Sewaro Rock Garden, Khecheopalri Lake & Kanchenjunga waterfalls.
  • In the afternoon start for the 2nd half of the tour - Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Ruins, New Helipad Ground.
  • Overnight stay at Pelling.

  • After breakfast transfer to Darjeeling (6,710 ft.).
  • On arrival check-in to the hotel.
  • Rest of the day free.
  • Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

  • In the early morning (at 4.00 am) drive to Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular Sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga (28,208 ft. world's 3rd highest peak).
  • On your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop.
  • After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed) Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ava Art Gallery and Japanese Temple (4 hrs from 9.00 to 13.00 hrs).
  • Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

  • After breakfast check out from the hotel on time.
  • Transfer to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport for your onward journey.
