Day 1 Arrival in Dharamshala
Arrive at Dharamshala via your preferred mode of transport and check in to your hotel. Visit the Dalai Lama Temple to experience peace and spirituality, and explore McLeod Ganj Market for Tibetan handicrafts and souvenirs. Continue to St. John in the Wilderness Church, known for its neo-Gothic architecture. Stroll through the serene Bhagsu Nag Waterfall and visit the Bhagsunath Temple. Overnight stay in Dharamshala.
After breakfast, visit Kangra Fort, an ancient fort with historical significance, and the Norbulingka Institute dedicated to preserving Tibetan culture. Enjoy the tranquil ambiance of the Tea Gardens of Dharamshala and relax at Naddi Viewpoint, which offers panoramic views of the Dhauladhar ranges. Overnight stay in Dharamshala.
Check out from Dharamshala and proceed to Palampur. Enroute, visit the Chamunda Devi Temple, a famous Hindu pilgrimage site. Explore the Tea Gardens of Palampur and the Tashi Jong Monastery, a quiet and serene Buddhist site. Relax by the Neugal Khad, a scenic picnic spot with a view of the Dhauladhar range. The trip commencing from Delhi on 20.9.2019 to Vienna. From there to Budapest, Bratislava, Prague, Lauf, Wurzburg, Frankfurt and back to Delhi on 27.9.2019 was excellent as regards direct flight, pick (Read More)up, hotels, food, transport, guides, sightseeing, free time and expenses. Travelopack since inception, visa, ticketing, payments, cooperation, coordination and enquiries of well being while abroad was very very good in all respects. Gunjan and Hitesh were too good. Look forward to further trips and recommend others to avail their services.
