The booking and arrangements initially was excellent. Reeta was contacting me almost daily to assist me and finalise my itenerary. She also accommodated my preferred hotel requests. I then made paymen (Read More)t ,on 7 October 2024. Since then Reeta has stopped communicating. She however did ask her office to send me internal travel arrangements (after I requested the details) and I have since only had communications from Nikhil from her office. I just feel that I should have been advised by Reeta, that after initial sale by her , I will be handed over to her office admin for ongoing communication. Then I would understand. Otherwise I just felt neglected. Hope it all starts and ends well. I only arrive in Mumbai on 11/11/2024. But still dont know who will meet me at airport. Regards Mano

The offer from WTE seems fit our requirements. They arrange accordingly our request.All the hotel are very nice to stay and enjoy the hotel facility mainly the restaurant. The driver we get are very (Read More) nice and responsible as driving almost non stop is not an easy task. Thanks again for making our visit/holiday a very memorable one.Special thanks to Mr Mukesh for the effort. Will consider WTE again in future. Thanks.

We booked a trip to India with Ms. Pallavi from Indeschen Travel and she was awesome. She handled our entire trip from transportation to hotel. She was also always reachable to handle questions and de (Read More)al with travel logistics. It was such a blessing in our vacation planning! We had originally planned on going somewhere else and I’m so thankful that Ms. Pallavi was able to step in to help us create the best vacation possible. And her staff (Mr. Rohit and Mr. Mahesh) are wonderful to work with. Always on top of the travel requirements, bookings and all the sundry details that were communicated to us in a timely manner. She made all the preparation for our travel needs easy and we felt reassured that all was taken care of. Indeshen is the best corporate travel agent I have ever worked with. From a customer experience perspective, her service is superlative. She is the most responsive agent I have ever worked with and she makes every transaction 100% stress free.
