Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Paro

Arrive at Paro International Airport.
Meet your guide and transfer to your hotel in Paro.
Visit the National Museum of Bhutan to learn about the country's history and culture.
Explore Paro town and its local markets.
Overnight stay in Paro.

Day 2 Hike to Tiger's Nest

Embark on an early morning hike to Taktsang Monastery, also known as Tiger's Nest.
Enjoy the stunning views from the monastery perched on a cliff.
In the afternoon, visit the Drukgyel Dzong (ruins of a historic fortress) and the 7th-century Kila Nunnery.
Overnight stay in Paro.

Day 3 Paro - Thimphu

After breakfast, drive to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan, which takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
Visit the Buddha Dordenma (Buddha Point) and enjoy panoramic views of Thimphu Valley.
Explore the Folk Heritage Museum and the Textile Museum to learn about Bhutanese culture and traditions.
Overnight stay in Thimphu.

Day 4 Thimphu Sightseeing

Spend a full day exploring Thimphu's attractions.
Visit the National Memorial Chorten, Tashichho Dzong, and the Takin Preserve.
Explore the weekend market (open from Friday to Sunday) and interact with local vendors.
In the evening, you can visit the Trashi Chhoe Dzong, another fortress-like structure and the seat of the Bhutanese government.
Overnight stay in Thimphu.

Day 5 Thimphu - Punakha

After breakfast, drive to Punakha, a beautiful valley located about 2.5 to 3 hours from Thimphu.
En route, stop at Dochula Pass to enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayas.
Visit Chimi Lhakhang, also known as the Temple of the Divine Madman, and receive blessings for fertility.
Explore Punakha Dzong, one of the most impressive and historic dzongs in Bhutan.
Overnight stay in Punakha.

Day 6 Punakha - Paro

Drive back to Paro, which takes about 3 to 4 hours.
Visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest and most sacred temples in Bhutan.
Explore Paro town and its local markets.
In the evening, you can visit the Paro Dzong (Rinpung Dzong) and explore its beautiful courtyards.
Overnight stay in Paro.

Day 7 Departure

After breakfast, check out from your hotel.
Transfer to Paro International Airport for your onward journey, marking the end of your Bhutanese adventure.

What's Good: Tour was proper Planed, Tour Guide is very Friendly. Hotel which we stay was not so good (food is not very tasty), but hotel staff was very supportive they tried to serve good no (Read More)rth indian food :).
What's Not Good: while travelling to and fro from Bagdogra to phuentsholing 3 days got wasted.
