Avoid at all cost.

The room is ok.

Feels like a scam property, a ghost hotel. While the room is ok, lots of amenities are missing and there was no staff during evening/night. Pool wasnt cleaned and the place was dusty.

Fraudulent property made for a stressful stay on Koh Samui

The only thing I liked was the villa, the bed was comfy and the villa spacious. The splash pool was nice.

The property is a total fraud, with the exception of the villa (albeit with issues too) there was almost no staff, zero resort and spa amenities as stated on the descriptions and felt unsafe.

Nani helped us very well and the Resort is very beautiful. We were totally indpendant.

I was first time on Ko Samui. So it was not clear that this hotel in fact was abandoned for a few years. Additionally it is far from all towns and we were forced to rent car to reach restaurants and beaches. There is no beach! There is no shops! There is no room service as food service! No spa! In fact it is only pool villas far away from everything . Villas are fine,comfortable with good pool . Rare staff is lovely. But no cleaning on regular basis. Only if you ask.

Generally I would not recommend this hotel, especially for tourists who has money to find something better

A gorgeous room but let down by the hotels lack of facilities

The staff are incredibly lovely and helpful. Nothing would be too much for them. The actual room is gorgeous, we loved that so much.

There is no facilities on site to purchase food and drink!! On booking.com in the property description it says that the 4K Restaurant serves fresh food daily. This is not true. The 4K Restaurant has obviously been closed for sometime. I see that the owners like to reply saying that they never offered a restaurant but they did on booking.com. It really was a let down. The hotel outside of your private villa does feel abandoned and a ghost town. It definitely used to be a 5 star hotel it certainly is not now. Even a 2 star hotel has some food/snacks or drinks to purchase onsite! Their website description is also misleading. Theres no spa, no food and no drinks / bar on site at all. So if youre hungry youll need to go to the beach bar next door!

Comfiest bed I stayed in in Thailand just sunk into it. Really nice villa styled hotel and the lady at reception (Nani) was the best so helpful anything you need she can help with mopeds, good knowledge of the local area very helpful lady. Pool was lovely and warm in the room and the communal pool was always quiet located just a stones throw away from the beach.

The cleaner didn't come until we left

It was a wonderful, relaxing stay and the hospitality was unmatched, Nani was so lovely and made us feel so welcome!

The villa was beyond our expectations, absolutely beautiful and very spacious! The hospitality was amazing and Nani was a lovely host who made us feel very welcome and was always happy to help us out, including very kindly driving us to places and helping us book tours!

The property was undergoing some renovations when we stayed so some of the facilities (the bar) was out of use but this didnt really matter to us as we spent a lot of time out exploring the island and there was a lovely beach club right next door.
