The W Hong Kong received positive reviews for its spacious and well-equipped suite with amazing views, great service, and delicious breakfast. Guests appreciated the friendly staff and vibrant atmosp (Read More)here at the bar. The location, connected to Elements Mall and nearby attractions, was convenient for exploring Kowloon. The check-in process was smooth, although the hotel's complex entrance was initially difficult to navigate. The outdoor swimming pool, the tallest in Hong Kong, added to the stay's enjoyment. Overall, the hotel was highly recommended.

1. Quality of the room is terrible! Toilet stinks like a public toilet (mind you, the public toilets in the Elements shopping mall did not stink at all). Furnishings in the room are old and worn (havent seen a hairdryer this bad for years, as of many examples). 2. Most staff are uninterested and unhelpful 3. Things like cups, glasses, mirrors etc not cleaned properly

Excellent service from the staff at reception to the ladies cleaning the rooms. The room is more spacious than I expected and the beds were really comfortable.

wouldnt go back.

House keeping did a good job,, room was comfortable enough for the price point. Good gym, poor spa facilities.

Beakfast was chaotic. Restuarant offering way below expectations. Check in a nightmare. General staffing and standards way below par.

Fantastic hotel

Superb facilities here. Everyone from breakfast to the gym and pool attendants were very friendly and helpful. Room amenities great. Would 100% book again.

Walking to the hotel is tricky, but taxis are so cheap it wasnt a major issue.
