The Island Shangri-La in Hong Kong offers an amazing overall experience. The newly renovated suites are impeccably detailed and the gym and spa are excellent with great staff. The only improvement ne (Read More)eded is the breakfast room, which will be renovated soon. Guests enjoy the luxurious atmosphere and kind service, as well as the breathtaking view of Hong Kong. The club level staff is particularly attentive and courteous. The hotel is close to nature and the peak, providing a relaxed atmosphere. Overall, it is highly recommended for a luxurious and scenic stay in the heart of Hong Kong.

Our stay at the Shangri la was excellent with a good size standard room and a well located hotel.

Great Xmas entertainment put on by the hotel. Also it adjoins Pacific Place with all its shops and restaurants. The Peak Tram is within walking distance across a nice park.

The Xmas Eve buffet was too expensive at 1400HKD plus tax.

Never come back again hong kong island shangrila,

I just extended my room, shangrila stuff taken me 1400hk$ , i didnt understand that payment !!! Already paid my room payment, reception and stuff like a crook

It was a pleasant stay as always in Island Shanghai-La.

There are some short comings from the property. However, the exceptional managers did such a wonderful job that we didnt even notice the flaws anymore. They took such care of us that we didnt mind whatever it was. Specially Derek Ma who did all he could just to make us feel compensated. Nicole Tang who always take care of our needs and being so attentive the whole time. Reiko Poon who fulfilled and went above and beyond to please our dietary needs. Chef Lo for being so kind to share his expertise and being so interactive. It was a pleasant stay as always in Island Shangri-La.

Due to the impeccable and hospitality of the staffs, everything was perfect.
