The front desk staff night and day were extremely helpful. The room had an amazing view. The location was central to many things. Walking distance to bus stations for DC.

The staff was nice.

The elevators are horrendous. The rooms are way too small. I cut myself walking to the bed.

Great location, Great view!

The hotel is in a great location close to everything, including the subway. The view from our room was awesome, but we were lucky! I would stay here again for sure.

There really wasn't much to complain about. Maybe a longer breakfast window in the restaurant?

Very good

Nice hotel, very comfy and clean room with a really nice view. Location is good. Not right in the middle of it all but close enough to walk or catch subway.

Super expensive but nyc is I guess. At the end of our stay we were charged another 35 USD per night for amenities which we didn't know about. That is alot of money on top of the already expensive cost. Should have been made clear when booking that this fee was coming.
