Everything was great
I had asked for some decoration in the room so that the room would look a little more in line with the anniversary date with my girlfriend but this did not happen.
it was our first time staying at Virgin Hotels especially in dallas and from the moment the lovely guys from the valet service took over the car until we stepped inside i and my mom felt at home we felt good beds so comfy hotel is so with its time and the people so friendly for a very expensive hotel very good service .

The overall design and decor were great. Love the vibe.
The sound insulation between rooms wasnt very good as we could hear the neighbors on each side. Hallway sound insulation was good though. The window also was not insulated to temperature. If the shade was up the room was easily stifling with the sun coming through.

Would stay here again.
Eclectic decor, restaurant, bar and coffee at the location, employees were very helpful and polite.
Seemed a little under staffed at breakfast so service was a little slow.

Nice. Wouldnt choose it again.
Lovely rooms. Nice view.
Not working hot tub and ice machines.
Room service was complicated, very slow and we ended up canceling our order after over an hour and a half wait.
