The View was amazing!
The view! The location. The view! The staff. The view! Room service was excellent and well priced. Bed was comfortable. Close to train, ferry and shops.
The bathroom was a little odd with see through glass, although there was a blind for privacy.

Good
Suited our purpose of being close to the city but not in the city.
We upgraded to a larger room with a view, I liked the Dyson hairdryer and the gym.

We loved the location and the view.
Rooms arent very soundproof. We could hear the train going underneath even on the tenth floor and every time someone shut their door near us, it was quite loud.

The view was absolutely breathtaking. We paid more for this hotel than my norm, but it was a fun splurge, and worth it. The attached pic was taken from our room.
The train goes literally under the hotel. It is heard and felt if you are on the lower floors. We asked to be moved higher, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

A Christmas visit to family members.
The View, the restaurant, bar and location.
No disabled facilities. This was slightly difficult for me with a walker as I am quite disabled.

Spectacular Sydney views
Great views of Sydney Harbour.
Easy train access to the city & airport and plenty of walks/shops in the Nth Sydney area.
Front entrance a little hard to find.
Reception didn't have Sydney tourist maps.
A swimming pool would have made it a 10.
