The rooms near the gate is the best as one can always hear the sound of river. Staff is very helpful. Mr. Lokesh took really good care of us. The food was amazing.

    Beautiful property but..
    We spent a couple of nights in this hotel and we were quite happy with our stay, but definitely not super excited by it. Our expectations were very, very high given the description of all the services and amenities. First of all, the room was very nice and extremely clean which was a big plus. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing.
    Unluckily, the communication with the staff was not always easy and smooth. We had a miscommunication that made us delay for the Safari (so bare in mind to doublecheck the day before that all is organized). The restaurant of the hotel had very few options for food and the service was quite slow and therefore we wanted to eat somewhere else, but the location of the hotel is quite isolated and far away from other properties, so we were forced to eat in the restaurant. For the price we paid, we expected more food choices and better service. We hope that it will improve with the time because it has a lot of potential.

    - Location . Middle of the woods. Completely away from the crowds. Located next to the Kosi River, facing the jungles. - Staff. Extremely friendly and service oriented - Rooms - well maintained property, great WiFi, good selection of activities - pool table, foosball and carrom board to keep the children engaged - Great food, albeit a bit pricey. Chef Rajinder was very accommodative of our dietary requirements
