The hotel is close to the airport and the convention center. Perfect!

Loved Natasha at the desk. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic!

This will be our new go-to hotel when visiting Boston, or flying out of Logan.

The staff was outstanding!! Our bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The fitness room and pool were very clean, and free airport shuttle was so accommodating.

No handy food but the shuttle driver offered to take us to a restaurant

Our highlight of the trip was meeting your front desk staff person, Natasha. Delightful and helpful! Loved her!`

We had been there two days and Natasha asked what we liked about the hotel and what we didn't like. I told her I was surprised there was not a closet in the room. She told us it was behind the door where you come in. I had tried to open this door and it wouldn't open and had a label next to it that made me think it was for housekeeping to use. I had no idea you lift the handle up to open it, not push down. Perhaps labeling the door with "CLOSET" would help, since it is in the kitchen. Just a thought.

Check in at the front desk was very good, we were greeted nicely after our long trip. The room was clean and comfortable.

Coordinating the shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel was difficult.

They charged me 340.00 when my confirmed reservation through booking.com was for 211.11. Ive written to them and you regarding a refund of 128.89

Really comfortable stay which we thoroughly enjoyed, the shuttle bus service to the airport and back

Staff were extremely helpful, the room we were given on the 4th floor had really nice views, was a really good size with loads of facilities. The breakfast area was good but not necessarily outstanding.

We stayed over the weekend, the breakfast choice wasn't amazing, it was ok, more of a continental type breakfast.
