Exceptional

Wonderful customer service from the staff! I think the name of the staff member who checked me in was named Destiny - she was incredibly gracious, patient, professional and welcoming. She did an outstanding job of welcoming me to the property and i appreciate her strong level of customer service. All of the other staff members I encountered were great too.

The worst hotel experience of my life

I did not like anything about the property

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in by far. My stay was horrific to say the least. I booked my room for 4nights but had to leave after one night because of fear for my safety. There was drug use outside and inside of the hotel especially in the room next to mine. There was loud talking throughout the night. I could not see at all. The worst experience of my life

I booked king size one bedroom with kitchen. The room supper small. There is no light on closet, and its very dark. They charge $10/ night for parking, its not mentioned on their website,

I found bed bug made the lady aware of it she did not move my room nor did she ask if I wanted to be moved I had to change my towels out myself I was not please about that and as a housekeeper myself things like that a quest should not even have to touch people stay at a hotel to have a little break not to do a job that should have been done

I dont typically write reviews but this place was amazing and affordable. The rooms were huge, clean and had everything you need and more. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Best of all the pool was clean and the perfect temperature. I give them a 10 out of 10!!!

It was a place to sleep.

Breakfast was decent, the staff eas very friendly. The bed was very comfy.

The request for clean towels and extra blankets took forever to get filled. We had to ask for them several times. Tha toilet backed up and the shower did no drain very well.

disappointing

the room was amazing and the facilities great

there were a lot of children in the pool from 5pm till10pm screaming and making a lot of noiase and when they left the pool area they were running arround the hotel till late and sadly for us were above us so the banging and loud noise continued late. due to the number of children in the pool area for so long we were unable to use the facilities. the breakfast again should have been good but for the children having most of it nad returnign quite a few times nad using up the produce.
