Very good hotel centrally located and will stay there again.
We stayed for 1 night
There was just a small issue with the front desk asking for photo ID as the key did not work and all the photo ID was in the room. This happened with my husband on the day of our checkout.

So happy with the location and staff! Would stay there again if ever back in Austin.
The location was great. Staff was super friendly. Room was comfortable and clean.
I still wish you didn't have to ask to have your room cleaned, but I guess that's one of the benefits we lost with COVID.

Nice but over priced for the comfort and lack of amenities
Location was great and pretty hotel that was clean.
They have the air in the room shut off throughout the night making it either very hot or very cold. The beds have a waterproof cover that felt like plastic under your thing sheet. The hotel didnt have a gift shop and they did not have microwaves or room service as stated.

like the rooftop area with pool.
the minute you step outside the hotel, the streets are filthy and the homeless are everywhere, its stinky and they are living miserably very very close to the front door.
